8.) Day of Favorites! What’s your character’s favorite ice cream flavor? Color? Song? Flower?

Favorite Ice Cream: Butter Pecan.
Favorite Color: Purple, the darker the better.
Favorite Song Pre-Outbreak: Patrick Stump - Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia).
Favorite Song Post-Outbreak: The Band Perry - If I Die Young.
Favorite Flower: Stargazer lily.

7.) Is there one event or happening your character would like to erase from their past? Why?

Is there ever. If she could she'd erase what happened to her family. In the course of a few minutes her whole life changed and the change was not for the better regardless of what anyone says. The world ended and her oldest brother turned into an asshole. Sure she developed a particularly close relationship with Danny as a result but she misses her mother, Stephanie, and Olivia quite a lot. She tries not to think about what she lost, but sometimes she just can't help it and it puts her in one hell of a bad mood and she feels bad for Danny having to be the one to deal with it. He shouldn't have to.

So she'd erase her family being bitten. She'd erase her knowledge of immunity or hell even the outbreak if possible. But mostly the being bitten maybe they could have survived together for a while longer without being bitten. She likes to think things would be easier if they were still around though.

6.) Describe your character’s happiest memory.

When George was a freshmen in high school she made the school dance team. Her friends said she shouldn't bother as freshmen never make the team, but she tried and she did make it. It was one of the best days of her life. And it was worth it to hear the captains dislike at having to announce George beat out one of her friends for the last spot. Who doesn't like being able to beat their dance captain at their own game? George certainly does and it doesn't hurt that she'd been dancing for years by that point either. She's pretty sure it gave her a certain edge that the other girls didn't have.

5.) What’s your character’s ranking on the Kinsey Scale?

George is a 1 or 2 on the Kinsey scale. It sort of depends on the day. She does have an appreciation for the female form naked or otherwise (and okay she does have the occasional fantasy). She isn't really sure she'd go so far as to be intimate with another woman. Maybe if she was really drunk but sober she hasn't really had any inclination to go farther than those occasional fantasies.

4.) How vain is your character? Do they find themselves attractive?

George isn't particularly vain. She likes to think she's pretty and that a guy or two would fall all over themselves for her. But for the most part being pretty isn't exactly important when it comes to surviving. Pretty just causes distraction and while distraction is sort of nice now and again it can be deadly too. She doesn't spend three hours in front of a mirror brushing her hair to a brilliant luster or apply make-up to cover up the dark circles that have sort of become a permanent part of her appearance. There just isn't any point. Every one has many of the same problems, lack of sleep, lack of proper nutrition, uncertain safety and the ever present possibility that the safe house won't be a safe house come tomorrow.

3.) Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don’t have any, is there a reason?

George has a lovely bit mark on her shoulder. It wasn’t a clean bite so she can usually make people believe she was bit by a dog when she was a child. But in truth it’s the bite that determined if she’d be another of the walking dead or not. It scarred a little funny and is a little raised and lumpy near where the zombies molars broke skin. The front teeth left thin punctures and they healed the nicest of the bite. They’re just thin discolored lines in her skin.

She keeps the bit mark covered up though as her brother requested. Thankfully it was somewhere that could be easily covered up anyway. She doesn’t quite like the scar even though she approves of her immunity to be zombified. She thinks the puckered lumpy mess is ugly and would love nothing more than to be leaving before the outbreak where it was a simple process to smooth out a scar.

1.) Describe your character’s relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no?

George’s relationship with her mother was always a decent one. Or as decent as it could be considering how much time Julia worked. In some ways Stephanie and Evan were more her parents by virtue of being the oldest of the four children, but Julia found time for all her children somehow. George deeply admired her mother for her determination to support her children’s needs and wants. Not only in the physical and emotional sense but in terms of things that they wanted to do or have. Usually the choice was between a single thing or something they really loved (like dance in George’s case) and while she was little she didn’t quite understand the importance of this choice, she usually chose the to continue dancing. As George grew up she understood why her mother did certain things and the choices that had seemed so difficult in the past seemed superfluous now. Dance was what she really loved and Julia would do anything to ensure that George was able to continue dancing. So George had to wait two years for a fifth generation iPod nano? So what she’d spent those two years doing what she loved as opposed to having this little bauble that spent more time sitting on her desk than being used.

George’s relationship with Julia was only just starting to hit a rough patch when the outbreak started and took Julia. It was normal teenage stuff but George regrets every fight they had in the days leading up to the family being bitten. The infection stole any chance of reconciling with her mother and it pisses her off to no end.
